Cameron Elliott (former member WNAC ) and friend GarryDagg walked south from the Pentecost River Crossing on the Gibb River Road for 20 km`s to El Questro Station Village .
They Fished as they moved upstream using lures catching two legal (55cm+) Barramundi each as well as Black Bream and Catfish.
The Barramundi were released as there was no way of keeping them , however the bream and catfish were cooked up on the coals.
The Gibb River Road is a unsealed Road commences 60 Km`s NW of Kunnunurra and travels through to Derby .
It is mainly used by Road Trains to carry live cattle to Wyndham as well as 4WD drive Tourists and local fishermen.
